The Virginia Institute for Public Policy advances individual liberty, free enterprise, and constitutionally limited government across the Commonwealth of Virginia through research, education, and advocacy on issues including healthcare, education, election integrity, energy, and regulatory reform. Founded in 1996, VIPP works to ensure that Virginia lives up to its heritage as Liberty's Birthplace by promoting policies that empower citizens and limit government overreach.
